Thailand's Dictator Prayuth Chan-o-cha says he told U.S. President Barack Obama today that concerns about human rights violations in Thailand were partly based on inaccurate news presented by people with bad intentions.
On November 13th Reporters Without Borders described Thailand's military government as a skillfully orchestrated crackdown on freedom of information.
On Monday, November 16th, outgoing members of Thailand's National Human Rights Commission said the junta has trampled on human rights, while its way to power was paved by protests that occasionally violated constitutional rights to peaceful assembly.

Advanced Passenger Check System announced for the 5th time
Nitinai Sirismatthakarn, president of the Airports of Thailand Plc (AoT), announced that an advanced passenger background check system will be up and running at six airports from December 1st, 2015, to boost security through a thorough screening of all passenger profiles.
The new procedure may lead to longer boarding times, he said.
The installation of the Advance Passenger Processing System [APPS] has already been announced by AoT in 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2008.

Nevertheless, AOT will charge each air traveller 35 Baht/ticket for the 'upgraded security systems' at Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Hat Yai and Chiang Rai airports.

Pattaya One reports that Pattaya Police Chief Police Colonel Sukthat decided to place Police Sergeant Tonatan three day in a prison located at Koh Si Chang. The rogue Sergeant will then be assigned to a desk job at Chonburi Provincial Police Headquarters for a period of 30 days. Furthermore he will not be allowed to work outside of Pattaya's Police Station for the foreseeable future.

Moreover, Pattaya's Taxi Driver didn't adjust their transportation rates to the new rule: A friend of mine still has to pay 50 to 70 Baht for his daily 3.2 kilometer ride. According to the new rule the ride should cost no more than 35 Baht.

We made the picture on November 18th and it shows that the new club still runs without any sign, but PattayaSweethearts reveals its name as Wonderful A Go-Go.

On Soi Phaniatchang, also known as Soi Yume or Soi Carrefour, City Hall spent 3 million Baht for a wheelchair path. Pattaya's large-hearted road users are happy to block the path with their vehicles and say thank you for the new parking lane.

 Thailand's Military Junta has authorised internet providers in Thailand to shut down any websites with content that threatens the national security or violates Section 112 (also known as lese majeste) "in 30 seconds" without seeking approval from any authority.
The move is seen in response to a lack of cooperation by foreign media companies in removing content the Thai government finds offensive. For example, 2014 Google did not remove any content requested by Thailand's Military Junta.

France's Constitutional Council approved a law giving state intelligence services a lot more scope.
Under the new law, surveillance agencies will be able to use so-called IMSI Catcher, spy devices that record all types of telephone, Internet or text-messaging conversations in an area.
They will also be able to bug suspects' flats with microphones and cameras and add keyloggers to their computers to track every keystroke.
 Let's hope the agencies will surveill President Francois Hollande's private but controversial love-life first.
NSA chief Admiral Michael Rogers declined to comment on the latest reports that the NSA implanted spyware on commercially made hard drives, and that it worked with British intelligence to hack into the world's biggest maker of SIM cards to be able to access mobile communications.

Ladyboy Pick-Pocket Gangs are working almost daily on Pattaya's Beach Promenade!  Never wear Gold in Pattaya! Between 30 to 50 snatching valuables cases are reported to Pattaya's Police every single month. Pattaya's fastest people drive their motorbikes without wearing helmets.
