Since a few days work is on the way to remove at least a part of former Pattaya Mayor Itthiphol Khunplome's unfinished Bali Hai Yacht Port. The Yacht Port called Pattaya Marina could never be used. City Hall's Officials wasted 680 Million Baht of taxpayers money - for nothing....
